I did a walk in at family optical at Plaza fiesta, and the receptionist Erika Salazar attended to me and she was outstanding, courteous and professional. She explained everything to me explain my options took my information and I saw the doctor the same day after the doctor did his eye exam Erika helped me to choose, the type of glasses that I needed she gave me a lot of options and other options with night glare and and glare from the computer and transition and she was so knowledgeable and professional. She needs a raise an asset to the company. Thank you for everything will be back.

Dr Hoskins and Miss Erika were very professional and kind. The eye exam was smooth and I was informed about my specific condition. The lenses and prescription were explained thoroughly, and they were patient and helpful in deciding a frame and lenses. Everything about the experience was professional and welcoming. This visit was worth it

Everybody I had an encounter with today at this office was so HELPFUL !! It was my first time here but everyone was welcoming . Even at the front desk they help me find the perfected glasses for me that fit my face . I will definitely come back and recommend them to a lot of other people .

All the staff are very friendly and the doctor explains the procedures very well. I went to have a foreign object removed from my eye that was hurting me. I highly recommend them.

I had to come in on a Sunday for emergency eye care service and Dr. Christopher was extremely knowledgeable and fast! He quickly diagnosed the issue and he had me feeling much better. I’m happy I came here.
